Hiring Details:
- 1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm: Friday-Monday.
- 2nd Shift: 2pm-12:30am: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday.
- Training: First month, Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm).
- Wage: $19.00/hour.
- Retention Bonus: $250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.

Position Requirements:
- Must be able to wear additional gowning (plant uniform, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, beard cover, protective eyewear, and facemask).
- Unbox raw materials, disposing of packaging materials, transportation of raw materials to designated controlled areas.
- Perform specialized and technical cleaning/sterilization in a controlled manufacturing environment per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Record documentation of performed tasks.
- Maintain gowning inventory and supplies.
- Organize and deliver gowning materials to the point of use within controlled spaces.
- Perform unit operations in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
- Maintain a quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience:

- Computer literacy and proficiency are required to complete trainings.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- This is a physically demanding position that involves lots of repetitive motion, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and standing for long periods of time.
- Use of a backpack style vacuum which weighs up to 15 pounds.
